mister health counseling

Highly trained therapists
Specialized in work with men’s mental health, sexual health, relationships, and emotional well-being.

Our team is made up of highly trained therapists

Our therapists understand how men actually experience stress, pressure, sex, intimacy, and emotional shutdown and we know how to work with it, not against it.

Whether you’re here for therapy, coaching, or skill-based support, you’ll be working with a clinician who speaks your language and respects your goals.

This isn’t generic talk therapy.

We work with men who are high-functioning, successful, driven and quietly struggling with things like

  • performance anxiety
  • erectile dysfunction
  • low desire
  • porn-related concerns
  • relationship stress
  • ADHD
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • trauma
  • identity questions
  • Direct, grounded, and non-judgmental
  • Trained in men’s sexual health and intimacy issues
  • Experienced in performance anxiety, ED, desire discrepancy, and confidence challenges
  • Comfortable discussing porn use, shame, fantasies, and arousal
  • Skilled in helping men move from overthinking to embodiment
  • Affirming of LGBTQ+ identities and relationships
  • Focused on results—not endless processing

We meet men where they are and help them build the emotional and sexual lives they actually want.

Daniel Looney, MS is a pre-licensed clinician at MisterHealth Counseling who brings a grounded, compassionate approach to working with men. He helps clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship stress, identity concerns, and emotional shutdown. Daniel has a deep passion for supporting LGBTQ+ clients and creating an affirming, inclusive space where individuals can explore who they are without judgment. With a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, he blends evidence-based practices with practical tools and steady support to help men feel more confident, connected, and in control.

Eric Richardson, PhD is passionate about supporting men's mental health through life's transitions and challenges. He works collaboratively using a strengths-based approach that honors each client's story and supports growth. Drawing on narrative, solution-focused, and developmental frameworks, Eric creates a therapeutic space where men can explore possibilities, discover strengths, and develop new strategies. He uses client-centered techniques including Socratic questioning to help clients examine assumptions, clarify values, and find answers, seeing therapy as a partnership where the relationship becomes a catalyst for change.
