Send the referral
Share the information currently available. A complete clinical history is not required.
We review the fit
Our team considers the client’s needs, location, preferences, program eligibility, and coverage.
We contact the client
We explain the next step, answer questions, and verify insurance when applicable.
Care gets coordinated
The client is matched with an appropriate clinician or program and the first appointment is coordinated.
We close the loop
When the client authorizes communication, we update the referring professional.
