CONNECT

A DIFFERENT KIND OF HANDOFF

When one person is struggling,
the whole system feels it.

Parents become overwhelmed. Communication gets tense or disappears. Siblings respond to the stress. The family cycles through arguments, avoidance, worry, and one more attempt to fix the “problem person.”

CONNECT takes a wider view. Families receive coordinated individual, caregiver, sibling, and family sessions—shaped around what will actually help this household move forward.

WHERE CONNECT FITS

The pattern is the signal.

Refer when the concern is no longer contained to one person, or when treating one person at a time keeps leaving the family stuck.

Family conflict keeps escalating—or communication has stopped.

One young person is carrying the label, but the whole household is struggling.

Individual services are happening, yet meaningful family change is not.

Parenting stress, school concerns, or a major transition is affecting everyone.

THE CONNECT MODEL™

Seven letters.
One healthier way forward.

A relationship-centered, strengths-based framework for changing how the family communicates, responds, and repairs.

Communication

Express clearly. Listen differently. Interrupt the cycles of yelling, shutting down, and avoidance.

CARE THAT MEETS REAL LIFE

Change is easier to practice where life actually happens.

In-home and virtual options can reduce transportation, childcare, and scheduling barriers. They also give clinicians meaningful context for the routines and relationships shaping daily life.
