Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA)
Michael Tracey, LPCA, works with adolescents ages 13 and older, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, trauma, and PTSD. He understands that asking for help can feel unfamiliar, especially when you’re used to managing things on your own.
Michael offers a respectful, judgment-free space to talk about what’s happening and explore what you’d like to change. Together, he and his clients identify realistic goals and develop practical skills they can use in everyday life.
Michael’s approach is collaborative and tailored to each person. He helps clients recognize patterns affecting their lives, explore healthier ways to cope, and find manageable steps forward.
He is especially passionate about supporting teenagers and adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to explain what they’re experiencing. Whether the concern is persistent worry, low motivation, difficult past experiences, or substance use, Michael brings honest, compassionate support to the conversation.
