LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
Jake Cala, LPC believes therapy should be honest, practical, and focused on helping you move forward. It should be a place where you can speak openly, feel understood, and develop real strategies for meaningful change, not just talk about the same problems week after week. Jake works with individuals navigating anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, major life transitions, motivation challenges, and difficulties with confidence.
He has a particular interest in men’s mental health and supporting athletes, professionals, and high-achieving individuals who may look successful on the outside while privately struggling with pressure, self-doubt, identity, or burnout. For performance-driven clients, mental health isn’t separate from performance: the way you manage pressure, respond to setbacks, and talk to yourself affects nearly every area of your life. Jake’s approach is collaborative, direct, and purposeful. His goal is for you to leave therapy with greater self-awareness and concrete tools to manage anxiety, strengthen confidence, improve relationships, and respond to challenges with more resilience and intention.
