LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
Ethan Wattley, LPC provides compassionate, mindfulness-based sex therapy and psychotherapy for individuals seeking a deeper, more authentic connection with themselves, their sexuality, and their relationships. He creates a warm, affirming, nonjudgmental space where clients can speak openly about experiences that are often met with shame, stigma, or misunderstanding. His areas of focus include pornography use or sexual behavior that feels out of control, men’s mental and sexual health, kink, ethical non-monogamy, gender identity, intimacy, and sexual self-discovery. Ethan approaches these concerns with curiosity rather than judgment, helping clients understand the emotions, needs, and patterns beneath their behavior instead of simply trying to eliminate symptoms.
Ethan has training in Internal Family Systems, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. By integrating mindfulness, body awareness, and values-based work, he helps clients develop greater self-understanding, build healthier relationships with their thoughts and emotions, and make choices that feel intentional and aligned with who they want to be. At the heart of his work is the belief that therapy is about more than fixing what feels wrong: it’s an opportunity to reconnect with your passion, your aliveness, and the parts of yourself that may have been hidden, silenced, or pushed aside.
